I lead startup ecosystem development at Startup Estonia, build Collektiv Club and serve as a Venture Partner at Tenity. Alongside these roles, I advise founders on the business, capital and execution decisions behind a credible investment case.

Startup Estonia

Head of Startup Ecosystem Development

I lead startup ecosystem development at Startup Estonia, advancing the startup and innovation priorities of Estonia's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. I shape the initiatives and international partnerships that help Estonian companies become globally competitive.

My work brings together governments, international corporates, venture capital funds, limited partners (LPs), universities and founders around three priorities: strengthening access to capital, accelerating deep-tech commercialisation, and opening routes to customers and international markets.

This includes developing relationships that support venture fund formation, corporate pilots and procurement, and translating ecosystem needs into targeted programmes with clear commercial and economic objectives.

I am building an investor community around startup opportunities, shared learning and founder access, bringing commercial expertise and hands-on support alongside capital.

Tenity

Venture Partner

I continue my venture involvement with Tenity following my role leading its Nordic and Baltic investment activity and running an accelerator from 2023 to 2025.

Advisory, workshops & company building

I turn business cases into investment cases. My independent advisory work helps founders connect their business model, growth strategy and capital needs to the evidence investors require. I also work with accelerators and programmes, including Swiss EP across the Balkans.

As the founder of Ugly Baby, I am translating venture capital workflows into an AI-powered product for investor readiness. I also build practical AI systems for research, knowledge management and repeatable work.

Experience behind the work

At Funderbeam, I progressed from analyst to investment team leadership, working in Estonia, Denmark and Spain. Those years built an extensive cross-border network of founders, investors and partners, alongside experience in fundraising and deal execution.

At Blast Club, I worked alongside Anthony Bourbon, the French entrepreneur behind Feed and co-founder of Blast Club, across investment analysis, committee preparation, due diligence and founder support.

At Tenity, I combined venture investment leadership in the Nordics and Baltics with accelerator delivery from 2023 to 2025. That combination informs how I work today: understanding both the investment decision and what it takes for a founder to be ready for it.
